Privacy Policy

• Phone number — collected when you purchase a paid plan. Used for authentication via Firebase Phone OTP. We do not store your OTP.
• Name and email address — optionally provided by you after purchase. Used to notify you when exam data or salary figures change.
• Quiz responses and career selections — stored to generate your result and (for paid users) to save your career plan.
• Payment reference — we store the Razorpay order ID and payment ID to confirm your purchase. We do not store your card or bank details; these are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Children profile data — name, class level, and board; stored only for Rs.499/year subscribers who create child profiles.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp). Used to diagnose errors and improve the service.

• We do not collect Aadhaar, PAN, or any government identity numbers.
• We do not track you across other websites (no advertising trackers).
• We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

• To authenticate your account and verify your purchase tier.
• To generate and save your career recommendation.
• To send you notifications when exam data or salary figures are updated (only if you provide your email, and only for paid subscribers).
• To respond to support queries sent to [email protected].
• To comply with applicable law and to prevent fraud.

Your data is stored on a server provided by Contabo VPS 20. We use HTTPS (TLS) for all data in transit. Database access is restricted to our application server only — there is no public database access. Passwords are never stored because we use phone OTP authentication only.

• Firebase (Google) — phone OTP authentication. Firebase receives your phone number to send the OTP. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Razorpay — payment processing. Razorpay handles all card and UPI data. See Razorpay Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemma API — used only for Rs.199+ subscribers to generate the AI decision summary and answer free-text questions. Only your quiz result data (goal, stream, career choices) is sent — no personal identity information.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may cache pages and see request metadata (IP, URL). See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Free user quiz data is stored in your browser session only and is deleted when you close the tab. Paid user account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your Rs.499/year subscription, your account data is retained for 90 days and then deleted. You can request deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].

Our service is used by parents on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Child profile data (name, class, board) is entered by the parent and stored under the parent's account.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy when we add new features or as required by law. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance.
